I'm a professional deep sea diver turned fitness professional. Before becoming a full-time fitness professional, I have travelled international waters and my profession always required me to stay fit. Although challenging, I used to make the best use of the limited space and minimal equipment keeping myself fit by doing functional and no equipment training. I grew up playing sports, getting up at 5 in morning and going for runs and doing body weight exercises. I remember watching Sylvester Stallone in John Rambo which inspired me to get ribbed and strong, but then I could not afford a Gym membership so decided to stick with body weight workouts and it helped me lay a strong foundation for myself.

As I grew older my dreams became want and that lead me to get my knowledge enhanced with certificates specializing in Exercise science & Sports Nutrition. It made me realize that fitness is not a fad, "it's all about creating healthy habits"
