With only one goal in mind I approached Pravin Singh. The challenge we faced was My long working hour’s which gave me very limited time to cook meals at home, probably this was also the reason for me being around 110kgs. This has been my simple approach to life. But when it came to my health, I somehow never gave it importance, but then things change when I came to know that I am Type 2 Diabetic and having high cholesterol and obese and so on and on, you know the health issues that come along with all these. Growing up I was a Skinny Kid, never had to worry about my weight, but all that changed once I got caught up in the glitter of corporate world. Replacing you’re "a" with "I"....sounds complicated...not really.( A in fat with i in fit) I have been a regular gym goes for last so many years n focused only on cardio. Result ....not much change in reducing my weight gain after child birth.... Two years back, i took up a challenge to run 100 km and took good control of diet. With my own assumptions n experience but could not sustain it for a very long time. I was looking for a permanent solution for diet options and a good structured work out plan Followed a health group post but was not totally sure if i can go for keto diet, so did not join the group. I was never a fat person but to be in shape n to be fit has been priority in my life. Being an Endomorph I always struggled to gain weight, so excess fat was never an issue but then my shirts used to look like hanger on me. Miracles do happen only if efforts are put in a right way. I was always an obese kid but when I became serious to become fit there was no knowledge about nutrition. I joined Pravin last year and between 3-4 month I started to see the overall difference in my body but the 3rd week I started to feel confident and felt the change, being a restaurant owner my schedule was too busy to pay attention to my health hence having I could only have 3 meals a day which was the reason for me struggling to put on weight and muscle, Pravin designed my diet comprising of basic home food, with lots of protein and healthy shakes which helped me get my nutrition right.
