Chicken Breast For Gains

  • 2 Chicken Breast.
  • 1 Table Spoon coconut oil
  • 100 grams Curd.
  • Chicken Tandoori Masala
  • Herbs as per liking
  • Salt
  • Lemon
Instructions
  • Marinate the chicken breast with chicken tandoori masala, curd and herbs.
  • Add salt and lemon as per taste.
  • Keep it overnight in refrigerator to marinate.
  • Remove the Marinates chicken breast from the Refrigerator.
  • Heat the pan.
  • Add 1 table spoon of Coconut oil to the hot pan.
  • Put the marinated chicken breast on the hot pan and let it cook for a good 5 minutes.
  • Now, turn the chicken breasts the other way around and cover the pan.
  • Let it cook for 10 minutes at a low heat.
  • Enjoy your delicious Chicken breast, you can also add some veggies to it.
