Chinese Style Healthy Chicken Starter

  • 300g chicken breast
  • ½ tsp pureed ginger
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 30g soy sauce
  • 30g rice vinegar
  • 10g honey
  • 20g cornstarch
  • Add salt and pepper as per taste
  • ¼ tsp sesame seeds

Directions

  • Marinate chicken with salt and pepper and cook until almost ready. Make sure you use Zero calories oil spray for cooking. Cook it on medium heat.
  • Stir together all other ingredients in a bowl, except sesame seeds.
  • When chicken is almost done cooking, add sauce and stir until it thickens and covers chicken.
  • Add sesame seeds on top, your Chinese style chicken in ready. Enjoy your meal.
