Grilled Chicken Burger

Ingredients
  • Chicken Breast 250 gms
  • Burner Buns x 3
  • Onion x 2 medium Size.
  • Salt – to taste.
  • Vinegar – 1 TBSP.
  • Mayonnaise – ½ Cup (50 gms)
  • Red Chili Sauce – 1 TBSP
  • Ketchup 1- TBSP
  • Lettuce – 1
  • Black Pepper x 1 TBSP
  • Garlic x 1 TBSP (chopped)
  • Coriander.
  • Oil.
PREPARATION
  • At first, take the round cut onions + salt + vinegar, mix them well and let it rest for 15-20 mins.
  • Now, take Mayonnaise + Red Chili sauce + ketchup + Lettuce + Black Pepper and mix then well and let it chill in the refrigerator.
  • Take the Chicken breast and mince it with knife or a blender. Add salt + black pepper + red chili powder + garlic + coriander (all 1 TBSP) and mince again and mix well.
  • Now, divide it into 3 parts and make flat balls, of it.
  • Oil your Hands and Pan and heat the pan.
  • Add all 3 chicken patties to it and let it grill until it is lite brown on both sides.
  • Add a cheese slice to each and let it grill again.
  • This process will take up to 15-20 mins
  • Now, Take the Patties out once done and add the burger buns and let then grill.
  • Once done, add the Mayonnaise preparation followed by chicken Patties and then onion on the burger bun and enjoy your high protein Grilled Chicken Burger.
