Grilled Prawns Shrimp Ceasar Salad

  • ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ Lemon
  • ¼ TBSP Black pepper
  • ¾ TBSP Mustard Sauce.
  • ¼ TBSP Worcester tine Sauce
  • ¼ TBSP Tabasco
  • 50 Grams Parmesan Cheese. (shredded)
  • 1 Garlic & Clove Minced.
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil.
  • 1 Baby Romanian Lettuce.
  • 500 grams Shrimp / Prawns
  • 2 Slice of Plain Garlic Bread.
PREPARATION
  • Grill Shrimp / prawns for 3 mins on each side.
  • You can use 2 Tbsp olive oil Toast or Grill bread for 1 min on both side. Once done, shred then into small pieces.
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients Mayonnaise, lemon, black pepper, mustard sauce, Worcester tine sauce, tabasco, shredded parmesan cheese, minced garlic and clove, olive oil 1 tbsp & lettuce.
  • Serve them in a big bowl with proper preparation and enjoy.
