HEALTHY HIGH PROTEIN PANEER / COTTAGE CHEESE PARATHA

INGREDIENTS:
  • Paneer / Cottage Cheese: 100 gm
  • One Big Size Onion
  • Whole wheat flour: 70 gm
  • Coriander leaves: As per taste
  • Green chill: As per taste
  • Garlic: 3 pieces
  • Salt: As per taste
  • Roasted Cumin Powder: 1 Tsp
  • Coriander Powder: 1 Tsp
  • Ghee: Few drops

SERVING: 5 Parathas

DIRECTIONS:
  • Take a bowl. Add whole wheat flour in it. Pour water and knead the dough . Mix well. Cover it and keep aside for 20 mins.
  • After 20 mins, divide the dough into 5 portions and keep it aside.
  • Paneer Stuffing: Take a Grinder. Add onion+ Coriander leaves+ Green chill+ Garlic. Grind into a fine paste and keep it aside.
  • Put grinded paste in a bowl. Add Paneer/ Cottage Cheese in the bowl. ( Note: Crumble the Paneer very finely with hand and then mix with the paste ). Mix the paste well.
  • Add salt+ roasted cumin powder + coriander powder in the above paneer paste and divide the paste into 5 portions and keep aside.
  • Take one portion of dough and roll into medium size rotis and stuff one portion of paneer paste into it. Once its stuffed, close it and roll the roti very softly so that stuffing doesn’t come out. It should be medium size paratha only.
  • Heat the Tava and dash it with very little ghee. Place the roti on Tava and roast like parathas with very little ghee from both the sides till slight brown.
  • Similarly, roast all the paneer parathas as above and you can have it in your diet during Breakfast/ Lunch / Dinner time.
  • Healthy and Nutritious Paneer Parathas are ready to serve and enjoy..
