HEALTHY PROTEIN BARS (With Whey Protein)

INGREDIENTS:
  • Rolled Oats: 280 gm
  • Peanut Butter: 14 tbsp
  • Honey: 7 Tbsp
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder: 7 Tsp
  • Almond: 1/ 4 Cup roughly chop
  • Raw Whey Protein: 8 scoops (this means you will take the unflavored whey protein, you can also go for the flavor of your choice but the taste may differ from the recipe)
SERVING: 8 Protein Bars
DIRECTIONS:
  • Take a bowl. Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl. Since the consistency of the mixture will be dry, add little water to it to make it moist to blend all well.
  • Once all the ingredients are mixed well, keep it aside.
  • Take a serving tray and spread the above mixture all over the tray. Press it well so that it evenly spreads well in the tray.
  • Refrigerate the above mixture in the tray for 01 Hour. After 01 Hour, take the tray out and very slowly, invert or just flip the tray down so that protein bar comes out of the tray smoothly.
  • Take a chopping or cutting board. Keep a block of protein bar on it and with a sharp knife, slice it into 8 equal portions.
  • Its ready to serve. The shelf life of these protein bars is really good, so you can make them in a large quantity and store in the refrigerator. Bon Appetit, friends!
