Instant Oatmeal Dosa

  • Oats: 50gms
  • Plain Rava: 4-5 TSP
  • Ginger: One inch ginger (optional)
  • Green Chilli: One small green chilli
  • Onion: One small onion
  • Coriander Leaves: 2 TBSP
  • Curry Leaves/ Kadipatta: Few Leaves
  • Salt: As per taste
  • Crushed Jeera Powder: 1 TSP
  • Crushed Black Pepper: 1TSP
  • Oil: 2 TBSP
PREPARATION
  • Take Whole Oats in a pan, roast dry on slow flame till oats turns aromatic and little crisp.
  • Cool Oats completely and grind dry in grinder like a fine powder.
  • Take a Bowl and put oats powder in it. Add Rava in the bowl and pour good quantity of water in bowl . Beat and whisk the batter properly for some time. No lumps should be formed.
  • Mix salt+ Jeera powder+ Black pepper in it as per the taste.
  • Mix finely chop ginger and green chilli in the mixture along with finely chop onion, coriander leaves and finely chop curry leaves. Mix allthe ingredients properly and rest or cover the batter for 20-30 mins .The batter should be very thin like water consistency.
  • Heat the Tava and grease with oil. Pour the batter on hot tava and cook like Dosa . Pour little oil. Flip Dosafrom both the sides and cook till it turns golden and crisp.
  • Serve Dosa with Sambhar( optional) OR with Coconut Chutney OR Green Chutney.
  • Crispy, Tasty and Healthy Dosa is ready to eat. Enjoy your meal.
