Low Carb Fried Rice

  • 200g frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1 whole egg
  • 10-12 egg whites
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 40g chopped white onion
  • 3g sesame oil
  • 25g soy sauce
  • 50g frozen peas & carrots mix
  • a dash of garlic salt.(You can also add 150gms of shredded chicken to it only if you want to.)
Directions
  • Pulse the Frozen cauliflower. Frozen cauliflower works best when using its pulse as rice. Steam the pulsed cauliflower in food processor a few times until it is a rice consistency.
  • Spray the pan with zero calorie cooking oil and add sesame oil to it.
  • Start cooking onion and garlic on medium heat until brown.
  • Now, you can add cauliflower, soy sauce, garlic salt, peas and carrots and cook for a few minutes, then shift all pan contents to one side of the pan.
  • Beat the eggs and cook them on the pan on the other side of the vegetables.
  • Once egg/egg whites are almost done cooking, stir everything together and cook for a few more minutes & wait until done.
  • Now empty in a bowl or plate and enjoy!
